Welcome to our dance studio in Mittådalen!
In the spring of 2023, the dance studio was finally ready, thanks to restart support from the Sami Parliament and the Cultural Council. The studio is mainly adapted for RenhuvudDan's activities, but we also open up the possibility for others to use this unique place. Whether you are looking for an inspiring environment for work in the performing arts, want to rent for courses or training, or need a residency to start a project - the studio is a place for you.
The studio and its possibilities
Size: 5x7 meters with pitched roof - ideal for smaller projects or individual work.
Equipment:

- Recording equipment
- Loop pedal
- Ballet barre
- Training tool
- Desk (if required)
- Small sofa corner with table for relaxation
The studio offers a calm and creative atmosphere, where you can work undisturbed and focused, perfect for the initial stage of your creative process.
Accommodation and additional spaces
The studio includes one own apartment with:
- A smaller kitchen
- Craft workshop
- Sound and recording equipment
In addition, it is possible to rent a larger room (approx. 8×8 meters) which is only 100 meters from the studio.
Stay residence
We offer residency for creators in need of a peaceful place to work. If you work in a creative art form and are looking for an environment free from all the distractions of the outside world, Mittådalen is an ideal place. Here you get the opportunity to explore and develop your art in a natural and inspiring environment.
